"4x 4K60Hz 60m RX" includes only 4 receivers (60m), no extender.
A qualified Cat6 cable is recommended for the matrix extender to work properly.
The "4K 60Hz 60m RX" has two types of printed labels: either HDMI 2.0 or 4K60Hz, random delivery.

It comes with additional infrared receiver extensions, IR emitter, RS232, and Ethernet port for remote control. The 4x4 HDMI matrix features equalization and amplification to ensure HDMI signal transmission over long cables without quality loss.
